Singing Lessons

Individual singing lessons are taught by our Head of MT and are designed to safely build confidence and vocal skills. Vocal coaching is available to singers of all ages and abilities, in a fun, friendly and engaging environment.

Louise trained at the Royal College of Music & continued  at the University of Cambridge. After finishing she went onto perform professionally in many venues across the UK and abroad, including multiple recordings for the BBC. Louise has recently completed a Masters in Theatre at Guildford School of Acting, with Distinction and is currently doing a research PhD there. As well as teaching at TDA Louise has been a vocal coach at Coventry Cathedral and conducted the University of Leicester Choral Society and is currently the Music Degree lead at Leicester College.

Louise keeps up to date with developments in the field of vocal studies attending conferences, workshops and networking events. She has over 20 years of teaching experience and many years of performing experience in many fields. She believes in using multiple methods in her teaching, incorporating ideas from Bel Canto, Estill, CVT & Accent method.  You can sign up for lessons  from  complete beginner to professional performer and lessons will be tailored to suit your individual goals.

Louise is passionate about her teaching and incorporates different teaching styles and techniques to best engage and develop singers, valuing everyone as an individual. You can sing for fun or choose to work through singing exams. We offer Rockschool (Rock and Pop), London College of Music or LAMDA (Musical Theatre), Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and Trinity College (Mixed styles).

Louise offers the singing lessons independently from TDA through her own company Integrated Vocal Coaching.
